Your rental includes:

• 21′ × 21′ dance floor
• 5′ round tables
• 8′ banquet tables
• White resin padded chairs
• Granite bar and bar amenities
• Stage area
• Restrooms
• Fans, when needed
• Venue setup and breakdown

Your rental also includes venue setup and breakdown and 24-hour access to The Pavilion, from 11:00 AM on the day of your event until 11:00 AM the following morning. At the end of the rental period, all personal items, décor, and anything brought into the venue must be removed.

If you choose the Pavilion + Waterfront Ceremony option, full ceremony chair setup is also included based on your guest count.

Once you’re ready to reserve your date, please fill out the brief form on our Contact Page, and we’ll send you a proposal and rental agreement through Perfect Venue. Your date will be held for two weeks while you review and sign the agreement and submit your deposit.

If we do not receive the signed agreement and deposit within the two-week hold period, the date will be reopened and made available to other couples.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time you sign your rental agreement to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

Payments are handled through Perfect Venue and may be made by bank transfer, credit card, cash, or check. Please note that an additional processing fee applies to credit card payments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, your initial deposit is non-refundable. However, if The Pavilion is able to rebook your original event date, your deposit may be refunded.

We encourage you to review your rental agreement carefully for complete cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms.

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable event, a credit card must be kept on file to cover any potential damages or additional cleanup fees.

Couples are also required to obtain event liability insurance for the day of the event, naming Pirate’s Cove Marina & Pavilion LLC as an additional insured. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to the event.
